1. maintain good relations with customers and candidates, understand and familiar with the dynamics of the talent market, find and dig business information, business development.
2. as the project leader responsible for the recruitment project entrusted by the client, fully communicate with the client, analyze the job requirements, while providing some consultation or guidance to the client.
3. interviewing candidates through various channels according to the client's needs or guiding assistants to complete the interviewing work.
4. interviewing and selecting candidates, recommending suitable candidates according to the needs and characteristics of the client.
5. coordinating the arrangement of customer interviews and solving problems encountered in the interview process in a timely manner.
6. coordinating salary negotiations and signing of offer letters, and conducting detailed background checks on candidates according to client requirements.
7. track candidates before, during and after their employment, and provide candidates with corresponding career development suggestions.
